What you'll need: Your partner, internet access, comfortable clothes, and a yoga mat (or comfortable floor arrangement to your liking: bare floor, a blanket, carpet, etc. / Chairs are an helpful alternative if the floor level is restrictive for you.)
Duration: 50 minutes
What to expect: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email with login information for your Zoom class. When you're logged in at your appointed time, your instructor will lead you through an interactive series of activities such as:
*Couples Yoga (simplified poses and light stretches, inclusive for people of all activity levels)
*Platonic touch (non-sensual) - also referred to as affectionate touch to form connection
*Affirmations, meditation, and visualization techniques
*Interactions targeted to be light and playful
*Reflective moments of vulnerability
*Conversation provoking questions
*Communication exercises
*Techniques to regulate
